History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Through the years after Shane was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Shane's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
