History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His first spouse was a Guard, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Manfred was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Manfred's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
