Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears silk and lounges about seductively. He wears his blonde hair up. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Roland was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Roland took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He tends to his Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: To be a Healer again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Ralf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Armorer.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His brown hair and beard is wavy and long. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He comes from a rich northern family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He has never given up on his painting dream.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: Gerard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and doesn't want to be a servant and was forced into it by his family

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Theodoric was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theodoric fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and revenge
