History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Body Guard for hire.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Richard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He is a great chef.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Ernest was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
