Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Aldous was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. He became a Mayor soon after.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Jocelyn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and expand his business
