Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. History: The child of a Dyer, who enjoyed hunting, William was taken on many hunting expeditions. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. After a long history of fighting, William and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
