History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Bertram lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Gerard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Gerard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to unite with his sister
