History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He has a very tight haircut. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Soapmaker born in the past three hundred years. The war was a terrible time for him, and Simon does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Simon was born with his father's beautiful face. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Soapmaker.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Alex was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born in the west. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting goblins, the young Tim began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
