History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He found a children's book about a Human Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears dull grey sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed greatsword, just in case. He has golden hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Miles will drive conversation. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He is a Layabout first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He struck the Layabout job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he would like to get married and retire

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
