History: Tim hails from a village terrorized by drow. At a young age his father died while driving off some drow. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in shortspear use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Randal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
