Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Outside of the suit he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with white lining and desert motifs. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Bertram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
