Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nicholas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tanner. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Thomas hails from a village terrorized by drow. His first spouse was a Scribe, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Dean does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the east to a Brewer, Dean learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has worked as a Brewer like his father before him.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and balancing his hectic life and new brewer responsibilities is difficult

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He worked as a nervous Merchant and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.
