History: The child of a Courier, who enjoyed hunting, Bernard was taken on many hunting expeditions. A freak accident while working with his Courier father left him crippled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was taken from his home at a very young age. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
