History: He was born in a small island village. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Locksmith for the past few years.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Hugh hails from a village terrorized by drow. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.
