History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a Map Maker soon after.

Charles Huxley, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears just a red suit. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Peter Livingstone, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a tea of some kind. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, marred by teas. His blonde hair is still thick. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personal [hide]

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Fortune-teller. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gerald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller.
