History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ralf grew up listening to his father's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born in the west to a Painter, Gerard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Anselm reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Gifted from a young age, Richard studied abroad. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. After a long history of fighting, Richard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
