Conrad Marston, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. He is physically well-built. He wears his chestnut hair down. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Conrad is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sellsword work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sellsword work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sellsword for hire.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to share knowledge with the world
Ideals: Joker, Justice, Logical. Bonds: Nature, Job. Occupation: Sellsword
Voice: Loud with bravado

Roger Bentley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Born to a Mortician, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Raymond Myerscough, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He dresses well, wearing pastel shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
