History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Revenge; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'4". He is dressed in an above average manner, and his gloved hand is found clutching a scimitar. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: 6'2" and muscular, this eastern man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His red hair is still thick. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Adam will drive conversation. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Adam was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Miner responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business
