Description: This man stands a little under 6'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are amber.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dean fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born in a small forest village. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He prefers to wear red clothing when he does not wear armor. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Roland is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fletcher. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Laborer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Percival was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Laborer.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and balancing his hectic life and new laborer responsibilities is difficult
