His clothes are grease stained in places. His long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. Kody is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kody was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has never given up on his writing dream.

History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by brigands. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and balancing his hectic life and new stableman responsibilities is difficult

He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
