History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Gilbert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a blue armored body suit, with a simple white line shooting up and back down. His golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. He is baby faced.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Hubert enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears long strands of opal and short grey dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His golden hair is singed and shortened. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He usually wears his white robe and has his shortbow always slung over his shoulder. His black hair is cut short. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
