Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Weaver for hire.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, John grew up listening to his father's many stories. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
