History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His childhood dream was to be a Carter, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. Raymond enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Raymond was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded.
