The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Gerard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

He found a children's book about a Human Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero.
