History: Born to a Miner, his father struggled to pay the bills. Lance was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Marshal. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Ralf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He worked as a nervous Architect and found it very stressful. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
