Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Stableman, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Gunter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Gilbert was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere.
