History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by his family; and retire the richest man in the west

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He got into the Barkeep business at a young age. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He struck the Barkeep job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Trym embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He takes great joy in being the best Shoemaker in town.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He worked as a nervous Shoemaker and found it very stressful. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears black trousers with brown and black striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His head has been shaved. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. The war was a terrible time for him, and Manfred does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with violet colored cloaks and clothing. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Slave Trader work with an outfit from a few towns over. Slave Trader work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
