The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Layabout. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has achieved small success as a Stylist.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
