Description: This tall, slender man wears long strands of opal and short green dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in the south to a Courier, Percival learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Courier. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Courier for the past few years.
