Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ernest will drive conversation. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Ernest was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fortune-teller. After a long history of fighting, Ernest and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hugh embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hugh was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He struck the Bricklayer job and began his own company from there.

History: Born to a Engraver, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
