Description: A 5'1" southern man, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Born to a Detective, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: He wears suspenders and green workpants. His shirt is brown, and he wears a heavy green leather apron most of the time. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his longsword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. He wears a colorful flower in his black hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Gerald was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Gerald was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Gerald's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Gerald and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: He prefers to wear blue pants and tee shirts. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: Thomas wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Barbarian, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Thomas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Revenge; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: This western man wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a pickaxe on his belt. His clothes are grease stained in places. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His hair is long and red with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bather business.
History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Through the years after Conrad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Conrad's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he's repulsed by the pc
