Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Anselm was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theodoric grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
