Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mason they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
