Cory Barclay, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is a husky man, who prefers to wear flannel. He has moderate length golden hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Human compassion; and balancing his hectic life and new mortician responsibilities is difficult
Flaws: Insane, Cynical, Racist. Bonds: Rich, Job. Occupation: Mortician
Voice: Soft and melodious

Personal [hide]
Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Ideals: Philantrophist. Flaws: Antagonistic, Fearful, Mundane. Bonds: Poor, Job. Occupation: Performer

Diggory Hamilton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: 6'3" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a simple green robe with pastel stripes complete with hood. His white hair is lengthy. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Diggory was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Diggory and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Diggory discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Diggory fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he's looking for his big break
Ideals: Impeccable. Flaws: Disease. Bonds: Attractive, Poor, Adventurer. Occupation: Farmer
Voice: Sensual and smooth
