History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Description: He stands about 6'2" and wears a grey shirt, with a white mid length shorts with white tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Carter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Reynard was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carter and was forced into it by his family; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Voice: Italian accent

Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His hair is silver and curly. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. His golden hair is cut short. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Conrad embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Conrad was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Conrad's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
