History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Richard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Richard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Richard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it
