Description: This slender man stands about 6'2". He wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a ceremonial dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his greatsword. His hair is silver and very short. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Ernest never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bookbinder born in the past three hundred years. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bookbinder.

His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Hubert will drive conversation. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Hubert was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Theobald enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he is content
