History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Assassin hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Hubert was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cartwright. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
