Description: This malnourished man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He has black hair. He has brown eyes and a grey hat with a violet feather.
Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: Bernard was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by his family; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Everard was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He found a children's book about a Human Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

His hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Charles lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Charles was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balimaar grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His silver hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are likewise amber.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Alexandre never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: To be a Weaver again; and wishes to resurrect an old love
