History: Born in the north to a Barber, Hubert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Detective, but he was a colossal failure. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
