Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Dean was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Dean abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
