History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shane embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Shane was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Shane's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and retire the richest man in the south

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Body Guard, but he was a colossal failure. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
