History: He was born on a small isolated farm. After coming to the age of reason, Bertram took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
