A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His blonde hair is long and unkept. His green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Roger took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up longbow and armor he uses now. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Chad grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends
