Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. History: Adelard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Adelard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Gerald and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Heward was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bernard isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Bernard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
