He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Manfred was born with his mother's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.
