When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Charles took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sickle and armor he uses now. He has achieved small success as a Bricklayer.

History: Miles hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Ralf has worked very hard to control his curse. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born in the east to a Banker, Gilbert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Hubert was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: He is greedy; and a deep hatred of drow
