He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Jeweler. He struck the Jeweler job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Shane was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Shane was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
