History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents enrolled him in a Druid school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. After a long history of fighting, Gomory and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Odo was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Bernard was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: Gifted from a young age, Kody studied abroad. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
