Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Cory was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Cory's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears a green feathered hat and green clothes, marred by beers. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. The war was a terrible time for him, and Justin does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He got into the Merchant business at a young age. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Justin has worked very hard to control his curse. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: Hugh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Hugh alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions
